Оваа политика за приватност на личните податоци го уредува начинот на кој ЕЛОКСИ ДООЕЛ  ги собира, користи, одржува и открива податоците собрани од корисниците при посета на нејзината интернет страната www.elloxy.mk.

Оваа политика за приватност се однесува единствено за наведената интернет страна и не се однесува за личните податоци што ЕЛОКСИ ДООЕЛ ги собира од своите корисници на други начини.

Оваа Политика на приватност не се однесува ниту на лични податоци кои ги собираат други интернет страни, до кои пристапувате преку нашaтa интернет страна.

За време на посетата на интернет страната, Вашата приватност целосно се почитува.

При посета на интернет страната, ЕЛОКСИ ги обработува Вашите лични податоци (лични податоци за идентификација и информации за контакт), само доколку доброволно ги дадете на нашата интернет страна, заради користење на нашите услуги и производи, како што се активирање или деактивирање на одредени услуги, регистрација, информирање за состојбата во врска со вашата сметка, електронски нарачки при online продажба, електронско плаќање, наградни игри, анкети.

При електронска нарачки и плаќање, ЕЛОКСИ нема никаков пристап до податоците поврзани со Вашата платежна картичка или сметка во банка, бидејќи тие се испраќаат директно до сертифициран процесинг центар за трансакции со платежни картички и банката преку сигурносна врска.

Дополнителни алатки и апликации

Кога ке дојдете на нашиот сајт или ги користите нашите услуги, Elloxy  и трети лица, авторизирани од наша страна собираат колачиња кои содржат податоци за вас. Оваа страна ја објаснува политиката за користење на колачиња и слични технологии во www.elloxy.mk нашата веб страна.  Колачињата кои што се директно поставени од сајтот  се нарекуваат “колачиња од прва страна”. Колачињата поставени од други страни се нарекуваат “колачиња од трети-страни”. Колачињата од трети страни овозможуваат различни функционалности на нашиот сајт како (рекламирање, функции на социјални медиуми, аналитики). Овие колачиња не се во сопственост на Elloxy и Elloxy нема контрола врз нив и како тоа ке бидат истите искористени.

Статистички колачиња (Statistical cookies) ни помагаат да разбереме на кој начин посетителите комуницираат со веб страната преку анонимно собирање на информации. Маркетиншки колачиња (Marketing cookies). Маркетинг колачиња се употребуваат за следење на посетителите низ веб-страниците. Целта е да се прикажат реклами кои се релевантни и привлечни за поединечниот корисник. Врз колачињата поставени од трети лица, Elloxy нема никаква одговорност ниту надлежност и ве советуваме да ги прочитате политиката за приватност и политиката за колачиња на нашите соработници и партнери за зголемување на вашата сигурност.

Marketing & analytics:

c) Marketing & analytics (only with your consent)
These features are off by default. They activate only if you turn on “Allow marketing & analytics” in Privacy settings (and, for SMS, only if you provide a mobile number and opt in). When enabled, we share certain events (e.g. product viewed, search, quiz completed, routine generated, add to cart, checkout started, purchase) together with identifying data (your customer id, email address, and — if you provide it — phone number) with the providers below, through our own server:

Third party application to measure our Facebook/Instagram advertising and link your app and website activity into one profile for accurate attribution.

Third party application  — our analytics, email, SMS and push-marketing platform. Third party application combines your app and website activity into a single customer profile (matched by email and customer id) so we can understand engagement and send you relevant messages, recommendations and automated communications (for example cart reminders, back-in-stock alerts and post-purchase tips).

We use no device advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID) and the App contains no third-party advertising SDK. You can withdraw consent at any time in Privacy settings, which stops further sharing going forward. Email, SMS and push each also have their own opt-out (see the new “Email, SMS & push marketing” section).

Email, SMS & push marketing
With your consent we may contact you with marketing by email, SMS/text message, and push notification — about products, offers, routine tips and loyalty rewards — through Third party application.

Email — every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets, shipping updates) are not marketing and are sent regardless of your marketing choice.

SMS/Text — message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We only message the number you provide and opt in with.

Push — marketing push notifications are separate from your routine reminders and order updates, and you can turn them off in your device settings or in the App at any time.

Who we share it with:

Third party application  — only with your consent — our analytics and email/SMS/push marketing provider. Receives event and profile data (email, customer id, and phone number if you provide it) to send communications and measure engagement. Third party application  processes data in the United States under appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

Marketing

opted in. On unsubscribe or withdrawal of consent we suppress your profile
from further messaging; it is deleted on account deletion or on request.

Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from email (link in any email), reply STOP to SMS, disable marketing push in settings, or turn off “Allow marketing & analytics” in the App.

Terms of Service / Use — app clauses

1. Accounts. You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to create an account. 

2. Skincare routines — important disclaimer. The skin quiz, scan import and AI-generated routines provide cosmetic and general skincare suggestions only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and are not a substitute for a qualified dermatologist or physician. Always patch-test new products, follow the product label, and stop use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a skin condition, or take medication, consult a healthcare professional before changing your routine. Skin-scan metrics are estimates from a third-party device and may be inaccurate. You rely on recommendations at your own discretion. 

3. Orders, prices & payment. Prices and availability are shown in the App and may change. An order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel (e.g. stock or pricing errors). Card payments are processed on Halkbank’s secure hosted page — we never receive your card details. Cash-on-delivery and bank transfer are offered where shown.

4. Marketing communications. If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring marketing messages by the channels you enabled (email, SMS and/or push) from Elloxy via third party application. SMS: frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help; consent is not a condition of purchase. Opt out any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Loyalty points. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or change under the loyalty program rules; we may adjust or end the program with notice.

6. Acceptable use. Don’t misuse the App, attempt to break security, scrape, or use it unlawfully. Content you submit (e.g. reviews) must be your own and lawful; you grant us a licence to display it.

7. Intellectual property. The App, its content and branding are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Disclaimers & liability. The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death/personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights).

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, and disputes are subject to the courts of [CITY], North Macedonia, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights.
